Update: State Procedural Error

An important Constitutional amendment will be delayed

Late-breaking update, related to amendments in PA, the focus of this week’s newsletter: despite overwhelming support in the legislature, a procedural gaffe by the PA Secretary of State means the process for the Constitutional Amendment to open a two year window for victims of childhood sexual assault must start over. Reports are that the secretary will resign because of the egregious error. Here’s the story.
